Cheese sticks are deep-fried snacks composed of sliced cheeses wrapped in spring roll wrapper. This is totally different from Mozzarella sticks, but both have something in common: cheese sticks and mozzarella sticks are crispy in the outside and soft in the inside.

Ingredients

• Oil
• Cheese
• Sugar
• Lumpia Wrapper

Procedure

1. Slice the cheese into small pieces
2. Roll the cheese in the sugar
3. Wrap the cheeses in lumpia wrapper
4. Heat the pan and pour-in cooking oil
5. Deep-fry the cheese in lumpia wrapper for 4 minutes or until the color of the lumpia wrapper turns golden brown
6. Remove from the pan and place in a plate with paper towel
7. Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup dip. Share & enjoy!
